Two Way Sync Between Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar

I was writing a blog entry some time ago about how to make your own 2-way sync between Outlook and Google calendars based on APIs provided by both, and integrating the solution as a plug-in for Outlook. Although not complicated, I never ended up publishing a distributable version of the application (I just put some source code).
Today, to my great surprise I found the following Red link in my Google Calendar, screaming out “NEW!”:

hey, very nice tutorial. is there any way i could do all this without installing the VS and doing all the coding??? is there a way i could use like a file/addin to update my outlook?
